GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Asian Online Groceries delivers within the continental United States, aiming to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that processing may be delayed by 2 to 3 additional days due to weekends, holidays, or item availability.
In the event that items are out of stock, we will inform you via email and wait for a response within 24 hours. If we don't receive a response within this timeframe, we will proceed to ship the order.
Shipping fees for different order amounts are as follows:
- Orders from $1 to $30: $13.50 shipping
- Orders from $31 to $40: $16.50 shipping
- Orders from $41 to $59: $19.25 shipping
- Orders from $60 to $100: $25 shipping
- Orders of $101 and above: Please contact us for shipping information.
Please note that Asian Online Groceries does not currently ship to PO boxes.
